General Terms and Conditions of AIP – Allianz für innovative Projekte GmbH and Kvltgames e.U.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of “The Great Rebellion” provided by AIP – Allianz für innovative Projekte GmbH. By purchasing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. License
Upon purchase, AIP – Allianz für innovative Projekte GmbH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game in digital form for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you pre-orded, you get access on February 1, 2024.
3. Game Launcher and Account Data
The Game requires the use of a proprietary game launcher. The launcher is used for managing the download, installation, updates, and account data associated with the Game. By using the launcher, you consent to the storage and processing of your account data as per our Privacy Policy.
4. Device Limitation
The Game is limited to use on a maximum of five (5) devices per account. Attempting to use or install the Game on more than five devices may result in restrictions or suspension of your account.
5. Purchase and Payment
The Game is available for purchase on our website and through authorized platforms. Prices are displayed on the purchase page and may change without prior notice.
6. No Refund Policy
All sales of the Game are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases unless required by law.
7. User Conduct
Users are expected to behave respectfully and not engage in illegal activities, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the gaming experience for others.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in the Game and its content are owned by Kvltgames and published by AIP – Allianz für innovative Projekte GmbH. Unauthorized use of the Game’s content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
AIP – Allianz für innovative Projekte GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
AIP – Allianz für innovative Projekte GmbH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
